Privacy Policy

ClosersLeague is operated by Closers League LLC, a limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our website at closersleague.com and our AI-powered cold call practice platform (collectively, the "Service").

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you choose a display name, we store that as well.

Practice session data. Each practice call you conduct generates a transcript (the text of what you said), an AI-generated evaluation and scorecard, and session metadata such as the scenario type, difficulty level, duration, and score. We store this data to show you your history and leaderboard standings.

Voice audio. During a live practice session your microphone audio is transmitted to our speech-to-text provider for real-time transcription. We do not store raw audio files on our servers; only the resulting transcript text is retained.

Usage data. We collect standard web-server and application logs, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.

Payment information. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Billing is handled by our payment processor, and we retain only transaction identifiers and subscription status.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Generate AI-powered evaluations and coaching feedback for your practice calls
• Display your scores, history, and leaderboard standings
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

ClosersLeague relies on the following third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver the Service:

• ElevenLabs — used to convert your speech to text (transcription) and to generate AI seller voice responses. Audio data is transmitted to ElevenLabs solely to perform these functions. ElevenLabs' privacy policy is available at elevenlabs.io/privacy.
• OpenAI — used to power the AI seller conversation and post-call evaluation scorecard. Transcript data is sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. OpenAI's privacy policy is available at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
• Replit — our hosting and infrastructure provider.

We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own model training without separate consent.

We retain your account information and session data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Aggregate, anonymized analytics data (e.g., platform-wide score distributions) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@closersleague.com.

You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings page.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent some features of the Service from working correctly.

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data — such as pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources — to help us understand how the Service is used and improve it over time. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data. The information generated is transmitted to and stored by Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
