How do call credits work?

Each practice call uses one credit from your plan. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. You can see your remaining credits on your Dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.

What if I run out of calls?

Once you've used your monthly calls, you can upgrade to a higher plan to get more. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
