Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Closers League LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of closersleague.com and our AI-powered cold call practice platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for individual professional use in connection with real estate investing and related sales activities.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@closersleague.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission, and you may not share your account credentials with others.

Free trial. New accounts receive a limited number of free practice calls as described on the Pricing page. No credit card is required for the free tier.

Paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until the balance is resolved. We are not liable for any loss resulting from suspended access due to a failed payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to simulate seller conversations and generate post-call evaluations, scores, and coaching feedback. This content is generated by AI and is provided for practice and educational purposes only.

AI-generated evaluations do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or business advice. The simulated sellers, scenarios, and coaching notes are fictional and may not reflect real-world negotiation dynamics. You should not rely on AI-generated feedback as a substitute for professional training or legal counsel.

We make no warranties that the AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Our property. The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Closers League LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

Your content. You retain ownership of any scripts, notes, or other content you create within the Service. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.

Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSERS LEAGUE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSERS LEAGUE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Closers League LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Closers League LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
